The teachers here are wonderful. My daughter has been going here since I first went back to work and the teachers not only helped me through the tough transition back to working mom - mostly by allowing me to cry on their shoulder and check in with them constantly - they also have taken great care of my daughter. She has showed so much positive progress learning both from other children and her teachers. And I LOVE their open door policy. I spend most of my lunch hours just playing with my daughter and the teachers are always friendly when I sit in on their class. The other great thing is that...

Welcome to our wonderful child care center here in Tallahassee. My name is Katie Kosniewski and I’m the director of the school. I have been working with children since 2009 and have my National Child Development Associate Credential.
At our school we are focused on creating a safe, warm and loving environment for the children, parents, and staff. We place an emphasis on learning through exploration and engaging, hands-on activities. In addition to promoting the growth of our children’s minds, we help their physical growth as well by providing free, USDA-approved meals and snacks.
We provide Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten during the school year for children who are four years old by September 1st of that year. Our Pre-K curriculum through HighReach Learning helps children reach the benchmarks established in the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards.
We also have an exciting and enriching Adventure Summer Camp program for our school-age children that includes fun, weekly themes and educational field trips. Summer campers enjoy local venues such as Wakulla Springs, the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab, Tallahassee Junior Museum, and Mission San Luis. Many of our field trips and classroom experiences meet Sunshine State Standards to help continue our school-age children’s education through the summer.
It is my pleasure that I have the opportunity to work with so many fantastic children and families to help create an educational foundation for future success. We strive to be the “working parent’s best friend”, which means we aim to provide flexible and affordable child care. We work with every family to meet their needs, setting us apart from many providers in the Tallahassee area.
Give me a call or come by for a tour! I know you’ll find that we provide excellent care, have fantastic teachers, and a well-balanced curriculum for learning at every age! I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!”
