About our Child Care & Preschool Center in Swansboro
My name is Rebecca Whaley and I have over 28 years of experience working in the Early Childhood field. I have a Masters Degree in Education, and even have experience working in the social services field. This experience allows me to get to the bigger picture of what children and their families desire and need!
At Childcare Network #79, I want to ensure that the time your child spends with us is in a safe, happy learning environment. Our staff is always welcoming and empathetic to the needs of our families and students. As we work with your child, know that we put 110% into giving them everything we would want for our own children. We work to make their experience in education, focused around their growth and development physically, as well as socially and emotionally.
As the Working Parent's Best Friend, we want to make sure our families are supported and experience firsthand the love we feel for our students. We also strive to work closely with our parents through various means of communication such as newsletters, e-mail, and our parent advisory board. We know that you are entrusting us with your most valuable possession and we take every effort to make that transition as easy as possible. We encourage parents to take advantage of our open-door policy and join us in the classroom.
For our school age children, we offer After School care, pick up from several schools, and homework help. During the summer months, your child can be a part of our Adventure Summer Camp when learning really gets fun and adventurous. Young Achievers get to attend field trips and attend clubs such as cooking, crafting, sports & fitness.
We welcome you to tour our facility. Call us today and plan a time to come visit! You will find that we have an excellent program and the best team in the area. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
