About our Child Care & Preschool Center in Forest Park
My name is Mrs. LaQuita R. Hogges and I am delighted and honored to be the Director at Childcare Network 206 in Forest Park Ga. My goal is to foster positive, lifelong relationships by working with teachers and staff to provide a world-class educational experience for your child. I have been dedicated to the field of education for nearly ten years having served as a Pre-K lead teacher for nine years, combined with five years of case management experience at Fulton County Department of Family and Children Services. I hold a Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Master’s of Science in Education. I am elated to share my skills as an educational leader to Childcare Network 206 and to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child’s success.
Here at CNI 206, we offer services for infants, toddlers, two’s three’s as well as Pre-k and Before and After school care. We also have an Early Head start Partnership where we are able to service families with infants through age two. During the summer we offer an Adventure Summer Camp for ages five thru twelve.
At CNI 206 we do not consider ourselves to be your average childcare facility. We recognize that each child is unique with his or her own learning style. Therefore, throughout our center we use The High reach Curriculum, as well as Bright Babies and Teaching Strategies for our Early Head start program. Our curriculum allows us to provide individualized instruction for your child in a safe and warm environment. Our staff creates a happy, playful, and friendly atmosphere that builds the confidence and compassion young children need to gain problem-solving skills.
Our diligent hiring practices ensure that only the most highly qualified teachers work at Childcare Network 206. Our teachers receive ongoing professional development and accredited training. Our staff uses the most current, proven methods to ensure children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. Our primary focus is to continue a legacy of success by building strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners. We can ensure that that everyone who steps through our doors—teachers, students and parents—are excited to be here!
As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding, but also how difficult the role of a parent can be at times, especially a working parent, so at Childcare Network 206 we are committed to being “The working parent’s best friend.” We all want our children to be happy, cared for and provided with the best learning opportunities, so we are committed to ensuring your child’s safety and assisting your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment.
